HUD Extends Multifamily HOTMA Compliance Date
Announced today, HUD has extended the HOTMA final rule compliance date for Multifamily to January 1, 2026. You can read the official announcement here.

An update was applied to your system on 6/18/2025 to correct the Multi-Family (TRACS) TTP calculation for mixed eligibility (prorated) certifications. (IR-127248)
HIP and HOTMA Delay Notice:

On September 18, 2024, HUD announced that the income and asset provisions of the HOTMA Section 102 and 104 Final Rule that require the new HUD-50058 form will not be required effective January 1, 2025. This delay is due to the Housing Information Portal (HIP) not yet being released. This version of WT2+ contains functionality that will be used in the future integration of transitioning your agency to HIP and capturing HOTMA changes.
